Lee’s friend and actor, Dick Butkus passed away October 5th 2023. Know for his time in the NFL and playing for the Chicago Bears from 1965 to 1973, he was as big in personality and he was in stature.

Butkus appeared in motion pictures, including “Necessary Roughness” (1991), “Gremlins 2:The New Batch” (1990), “The Last Boy Scout” (1991) and “Any Given Sunday” (1999). And he was a character in TV shows, including “My Two Dads” and “Hang Time.” He was a guest star on numerous TV shows such as “The Rockford Files”, “Wonder Woman”, “Vegas” and “Magbum” to name a few. he was a also a regular on the “Blue Thunder” Tv series.
Bionic fans know him best as Lee’s pal in the 3rd season “The Six Million Dollar Man” episode ‘One of Our Running Backs is Missing” which Lee also directed – see images below.
